Artist statement.

"I love Southern Africa's amazing variety of plants and animals. My grandfather, Roy Leonard and my mother, Hazell Muller were both artists so I always enjoyed drawing and painting. I grew up in Port Elizabeth and did a BSc degree and teachers diploma at UCT. My husband and I bought a property in Kommetjie in 1999. All my life I have been coming to Kommetjie to stay in my grandmother's house, Muller's cottage, on beach road now owned by my cousin Elizabeth Muller".
